Tatsumi, is one of the joining playable characters that appears in the P.R.O.J.E.C.T-F series. Tatsumi has the appearance of a tennager, wearing the Imperial Arms Incursio. Due to wearing Incursio, Tatsumi take sthe appearance of an armoured human, in white armour.
Attacks[]
Tatsumi's attacks consists of fist fighting and kicking. Despite that, he also uses his spear to attack for more damage.
Tatsumi's Faint Special [Half] just consists of him doing a short close combat, damaging enemies heavily.
Tatsumi's Faint Special [Full] consists of him spinning his spear around and then transforms into his Evovled Form and does a quick earthquake before returning to his original state.
